Hotel individual bookings
- Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
- You must complete all steps for your booking to be processed and confirmed. It is not possible to save an incomplete reservation and come back to it later.

The hotel rooms are booked from the June 15th to June 20th, 2019. For any requests out of this period, we invite you to send us an email at email@example.com
All rates include breakfast and Vat.
The full prepayment of your stay is required to secure your hotel reservation.
Bookings are made on a “first come, first served” basis.
Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, the Housing Bureau will send you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing accommodation details and specifying payment status.
All reservation modifications must be made in writing via email/fax to the Housing Bureau. Changes will be confirmed by the Housing Bureau within 24 hours and are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION
Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or by e-mail) to the Housing Bureau firstname.lastname@example.org are subject to the following conditions:
- Up to April 24th, 2019: 50% of the payment will be withheld
- After April 25th, 2019: no refund
